Yes — our Jellies are authentic, and we are an approved Jellycat stockist. If you’re buying elsewhere, the best way to help ensure authenticity is to shop from an approved Jellycat retailer, as Jellycat notes it cannot authenticate products already purchased from other sources.

Care instructions can vary by Jelly, so it’s always best to check the tag first. Jellycat says many items can be washed at 30°C, while some are surface wash only. They do not recommend tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning. After washing, a gentle shake, reshaping, and fluffing the fur can help your Jelly look its best again.
