Returns, Exchanges & Gifting

Regular Purchases

Refund requests for regular purchases must be made within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges for regular purchases may be made within 14 days of purchase. Eligible items must be returned in original, unused, resellable condition, with tags attached and packaging intact where applicable.

Gifts

With a gift receipt, gifts may be exchanged or applied to store credit within 21 days of purchase. Eligible gift items must be returned in original, unused, resellable condition, with tags attached and packaging intact where applicable.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible:

• sale items
• intimates
• opened items

Shipping or freight related to mailed exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
