Regular Purchases

Refund requests for regular purchases must be made within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original, unused, resellable condition, with tags attached and packaging intact where applicable.

Gifts

If your gift is not quite the right fit, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase. Eligible gift items must be returned in original, unused, resellable condition, with tags attached and packaging intact where applicable.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible:

• intimates
• opened items

Shipping or freight related to mailed exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
