Shipping Policy

Battleford Boutique offers flat-rate shipping of $20 Canada-wide or free shipping on orders over $150 before tax.

We use a courier whenever possible. At times, we may ship through Canada Post depending on the destination, package size, or carrier availability.

Provided the item is in stock, orders usually ship within 24 hours.

Estimated delivery time is typically 2–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are based on shipping to major centres. Shipping to remote or rural areas may take longer. Delivery within Western Canada may often arrive sooner than estimated.

Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

U.S. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Battleford Boutique ships to the United States; however, any duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes, import charges, or other fees that may apply are the responsibility of the purchaser.

These charges are determined by U.S. customs and/or the shipping carrier and are not collected by Battleford Boutique at the time of purchase. Battleford Boutique is not responsible for any duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes, import charges, or other fees applied to U.S. orders.

By placing an order for shipment to the United States, the customer understands and agrees that they are responsible for any additional charges required to receive their package.

Refused International Packages / Restocking Fee

If an international package is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, tariffs, import fees, or other carrier-related charges, the order may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product total.

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, brokerage fees, carrier fees, customs fees, tariffs, or any other costs charged to Battleford Boutique as a result of the refused shipment may also be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

Refunds or store credits, where applicable, will be processed only after the refused package has been returned to Battleford Boutique and assessed.
