Shipping policy

We offer flat rate shipping of $20 Canada wide. Battleford Boutique uses either Canada Post or a courier for all shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. 
Provided the item is in stock, we can usually ship within 24 hours.
Delivery time is usually 2-12 days*.

*delivery times are an estimate only, based on shipping to major centers. Shipping to remote or rural areas can take longer. Delivery times can often take less time than estimated, especially for shipping within western Canada. *Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, except holidays.

U.S. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Battleford Boutique ships to the United States; however, any duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes, or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the purchaser.

These charges are determined by U.S. customs and/or the shipping carrier and are not collected by Battleford Boutique at the time of purchase. Battleford Boutique is not responsible for any duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes, or import charges applied to U.S. orders.

By placing an order for shipment to the United States, the customer understands and agrees that they are responsible for any additional charges required to receive their package.

Refused International Packages / Restocking Fee
If an international package is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges, the order may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product total. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or any other costs charged to Battleford Boutique as a result of the refused shipment may also be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
